1、模具的榫槽由上下壳板错位设计，火柴板为平面。浆料不泄漏，易于清洁模具。
2、轮胎为“T”型锻件。轮胎和它的支撑板是一个整体。
3、自主研发的六米内壳模压机。内壳接缝从两米延伸到六米，最大限度地减少焊缝和模具强度，改善产品的外观
4、焊接工艺采用CO 2 电弧保护焊，外观简洁，焊缝整齐。我司与高校合作引进【机器人焊接项目】。
5. 长车床，15米以下的全套模具制作，大大提高了轮胎和法兰的同心度。
