Auto-Gripper Rotating Hold Type 

The special-purpose Rotating Hold Type gripper is suitable for spinning and curing place of Concrete Spun Pile production flow.

The application scope of special-purpose clamp :φ300---φ600 standard Spun Pile Mould ,Length 15m and below.

The whole process of rotating hold type working:

1. The crane car run to the above of the mold, press the rotation button, the holding clamp spin out, lifting mechanism are going down.

2. The driver initially determines the height position, when in place can press the closing button.

3. The driver moves the crane by slightly moving the car to locate and determines the holding clamps in place.

4. Press the lifting mechanism is moved , make sure  it has been hold then can keep lifting.

5. When the cart moves to the next working procedure, the lifting mechanism drop off.

6. After the pile mould is stabilized, the mould  continues to drop off. The driver determines that the holding clamp has been detached from the pile mold and pressed the open button.

7. The lifting mechanism is raised, press the rotary button, and the hold type clamp is screwed in.
