The special-purpose gripper is suitable for spinning and curing place of Spun Pile production flow.

The application scope of special-purpose clamp :φ300---φ600 standard Spun Pile Mould ,Length 15m and below.

This special-purpose gripper consists of the following parts:

A. Pneumatic control system

B. Hanging Beam

C.Clamp

D. Electronic control system

The whole process of grasping work of the hoop type gripper:

1.The gripper control box have the clamp-specific start button.After turn on the air compressor start to work,when the air compressor pressure gauges at 0.75MPa,air compressor pressure valve start working,air compressor stop working,clamp have working conditions.

2.Overhead crane moving to the above of the mold, lifting mechanism down, the driver determine the length of the pile mold.

3.When the clamp guide groove is initially finished positioning,The hook continues to going down,put the jig hanging beam ,the wire rope do not tight,slightly relaxed state.

4.The driver can press the "close" button on the control box and the "Close" indicator light is turned on to show that the clamp is in closed state, 1―2 seconds so can rise.

5.Press down the lifting mechanism, make sure that it has been tightened up and continue to rise.

6.The overhead crane move to the next process and the lifting mechanism are going down.

7.After the pile mould is stabilized, the pile mould will continue going down. The wire rope will no longer tight and relax.

8.The driver can press the control box "open" button and "turn on" button will show the clamp is on the open state and can be lifted about 1 to 2 seconds.
